Warranty Policy

MEROM WATCH CO. WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

Merom Watch Co. offers a limited one-year return-to-base warranty on all our watches. All warranty servicing is performed by authorized technicians specializing in our movement types to ensure the highest standard of repair and quality assurance. Our clients can rest assured that Merom Watch Co. stands behind every timepiece we sell.


WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

Your Merom watch is warranted by Merom Watch Co. for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. Merom Watch Co. warrants that the internal movement, mechanisms, and case of your watch are free from manufacturing defects.
The warranty also covers any defects in the construction of the bracelet end links or clasp, as well as any factory-related issues affecting normal operation.

During the warranty period, and upon presenting a valid proof of purchase, you have the right to have any covered defect repaired free of charge. If repair is not possible, Merom Watch Co. guarantees replacement with an identical or similar model. The warranty period for the replacement watch continues for twelve (12) months from the date of the replacement invoice.


WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

  • The life of the battery
  • Non-metallic straps (leather, textile, or rubber)
  • Minor bezel, indices, logo, or chapter ring misalignment (within 5% of top marker)
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the crystal, discoloration, or fading of case or bracelet
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, impacts, neglect, or misuse
  • Loose screws or spring bars and any resulting damage to the case or movement
  • Any watch that has been opened, altered, or serviced by non-authorized persons
  • Damage due to failure to follow care and operation instructions

Any further claim against Merom Watch Co. for damages beyond the above warranty is expressly excluded, except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws.


WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND RIGHTS

This warranty does not affect the purchaser’s rights against the seller nor any statutory rights available under local law.
To maintain warranty eligibility, your watch must be serviced only by Merom Watch Co. or an authorized service partner. Unauthorized repairs or battery replacements void the warranty.


WARRANTY SERVICE

If your Merom watch requires service under warranty, please contact our customer support team to initiate a service request.
Submit a service inquiry via our contact page or email hello@meromwatchco.com. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address for your region.


PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are non-refundable.
Funds collected during pre-order campaigns are used to initiate production of specific collections. In appreciation of your support and confidence in our brand, pre-order customers receive exclusive pricing available only during the campaign period.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your watch arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@meromwatchco.com so we can evaluate and resolve your claim promptly.


RETURNS POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective after inspection, in which case Merom Watch Co. will cover the shipping costs.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must remain intact
  • The bracelet must not be sized or adjusted
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Any returned order due to failed delivery will be refunded minus return shipping and applicable import or customs fees.

To begin a return, contact us via the website’s Contact Page or email hello@meromwatchco.com. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 Business days.


Late or Missing Refunds:
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds will be less any extra cost borne by Merom Watch co. in accepting a return.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us., please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for any pending transactions.
